Natasha became Chief Executive of Become in 2008, and can speak on the full range of issues facing children and young people from care.
Having initially trained and worked as a journalist, Natasha spent 16 years at ChildLine where she managed the charity's campaigning, communications, policy and research activities. She sits on a number of government expert working groups and the Children's Commissioner's Advisory Board and is a trustee of Children England.

Chloë leads on all policy, research and voice work at Become. She can speak on the full range of issues facing children and young people from care.
Chloë joined the charity from Mencap, where she developed innovative ways for young people with a learning disability to be involved in research. She has previously worked for the NSPCC, in Parliament, and for UNESCO in the Division for Gender Equality. Chloë is bilingual, and she has a Masters in Human Rights.
Chloë can provide expert background briefings for journalists and researchers on a range of policy and parliamentary issues involving children and young people in care and young care leavers.
