What do you do at Become?

I deliver the 1:1 support and coaching programme, co-facilitate weekly Link-ups and deliver workshops around relationships.

Can you say a bit about your past experience and qualifications?

I have worked with young people for over 13 years in a variety of settings; Youth Offending Team, young parent’s service and in supported accommodation. I was always encouraging and inspiring the young people I work with to dream big . So in 2016 I decided to become a qualified personal performance coach to enhance my skills and I have been coaching ever since. I also studied Criminology with Sociology at University.

What do you like about working at Become? 

I love being part a team with so many different skill sets, that are passionate about ensuring care experienced young people’s voices are heard and are at the forefront of everything we do.

What drives you? 

Supporting people to see their greatness and achieve their goals.

What do you enjoy doing when you are not working?

I love to read physical personal development books or listen to them via Audible. I enjoy listening to music, eating  and playing board games with my son.
