Welcome to our new Youth Editorial Board.
Introducing our 2024/2025 Board members:
The Youth Editorial Board is made up of six care-experienced young people who work with us for a year to shape, plan and create communications for Become, developing their own knowledge and skills along the way.

"I want to help care-experienced young people access the support and services that Become offers and I want to help them build meaningful connections with other care-experienced young people."
Humerah
"I'm excited to spread the message around to people who aren't aren't as involved in the care leaver community."
Wren
"I became a part of this to make a change in people's lives and to better myself and make myself feel good, make others proud to be care leavers."
Jess
"I'm really passionate about advocating for better outcomes for cared for children and care leavers."
Callum
"I would like to advocate for care-experienced young people to get involved, have some fun and learn all about what they have on offer and just know that there is actually a strength in being a care-experienced young person."
Chloe
"I wanted to help young care-experienced people share their stories in their own narrative and share what matters to them."
