Double your donation to support the Care Advice Line during the Big Give Christmas Challenge!

This year, Become is taking part in the Big Give Christmas Challenge, the UK’s largest online match funding campaign. From midday on Tuesday 28 November (#GivingTuesday) until midday on Tuesday 5 December, your donations to support our work with children in care and young care leavers will be doubled.

Every year the Care Advice Line ensures hundreds of looked after children and care leavers get the advice and information they need about anything to do with life in or after care.. This includes understanding how the care system works, information on housing and accommodation, dealing with money worries, accessing education and training or planning for the future.

After speaking to our Advice Worker, one young person said: “You really helped me find out a lot of information I wasn’t aware of. Genuinely, in the ten minute call, I had more help than in the last 18 months.”

Please donate to Become during the Big Give Christmas Challenge and ensure we can keep this vital service running in 2018. Your donations will go twice as far, helping us be there for even more children and young people when they feel worried, confused or alone. We’re aiming to raise a total of £4,000.
