Free online workshops about healthy relationships for care-experienced young people aged 12-17
A series of three one-hour workshops focusing on all things related to relationships.
The workshops have been developed and delivered by Become staff and co-produced by young people aged 16-18. Young people's views, experiences and questions were instrumental in shaping the content of the sessions.
The workshops are for care-experienced young people aged 12-17.
- How to identify, build and maintain healthy relationships
- Self-awareness, managing emotions and how to support others
- Warning signs of an unhealthy relationship
- Knowing where to go for support if you are worried about a relationship
- Identifying patterns of abuse that can take place in relationships
- Understanding how first-hand experiences may impact building relationships
The workshops will take place via Zoom. We currently have availability on Monday and Thursdays. The workshops last for one hour. The series includes 3 x 1-hour workshops.
