Who wouldn't want to don a superhero costume and run past some of London's most iconic landmarks? This is the only running event where you'll run past some of the most iconic locations in London or the world, dressed as a superhero of your choice!

Sound good? Even better is knowing that with every step you take you’ll be racing toward unleashing the potential of children in care and young care leavers. If that’s not heroic, we don’t know what is!

Superhero in the City is set to be London's iconic 5km Superhero Run and you can join the inaugural race on Thursday June 13th 2019! 

Starting on the north side of the Millennium Bridge, you will cross the Thames whilst enjoying the world famous view of Tower Bridge.

The the route then takes you along the historic south embankment, past Shakespeare's Globe Theatre and some of London's oldest pubs, and the Borough Market area. You’ll cross over Southwark Bridge and hug the north embankment running towards the Tower of London and then return through the City, back towards St Paul's Cathedral, via Millennium Bridge, making this a truly scenic route!

It’s the perfect way to pull on a cape and mask and release your inner superhero! Registration is now open and runners get their very own superhero cape and mask, individual running number and medal.
