This opportunity is for care-experienced young people aged 16-25.

The Youth Editorial Board will collaborate with the Communications team at Become to shape, plan and create a variety of content. They will also guide and teach other care-experienced young people, aged 12 to 27, to contribute to Become’s online community space and social media channels, which could include videos, blog entries, and photographs.

Want to be part of our brand new Youth Editorial Board and work alongside our Comms Team at Become to create, design and discuss Become’s social media?

We are looking for 6 young people who are aged 16 – 25 who can give two hours a month for a one-year term on the Board! Register your interest via answering a few questions about yourself below or if you would prefer to video/voicemail your answers, please message Kirsten on 07983489020.

Please note: This is a brand new board and we will be piloting different things during the year. There are only six places so please do not be disheartened if you are unsuccessful this time round. We are looking for a variety in skills and interests.

This opportunity is closing soon. We will be contacting everybody in August, even if you haven’t been successful this time. If you are unsuccessful, we have plenty of other media opportunities to get involved with us and National Care Leavers’ Week is coming up soon with lots to get involved with!
