Pathway Planning and the Foster Carer Role 

What’s it about?

This training explores the pathway plannings process and the areas typically covered in a pathway plan, before exploring how foster carers can contribute to this process and how they can be an advocate for the young people in their care if they feel they are not getting the most from their Pathway Plan. 

Course participants will learn about: 

  • The Pathway Planning process 
  • What areas are covered in a Pathway Plan 
  • How foster carers can contribute to Pathway Plans 
  • How foster carers can be advocates for the young people in their care if they feel they are not getting the most from a Pathway Plan
