Become is inviting care-experienced young people aged 16 – 25 to come and find out what the Become Coaching Programme is all about this month with two open evenings.
In these free, fun introductory sessions, the Coaching and Support Team, Helen, Francis and Elizabeth, will be introducing the ideas behind coaching and giving a taste of what the programme offers. Light refreshments will be provided.
The Become Coaching Programme is completely free. The 6-month programme is for care-experienced young people aged 16 – 25. Individual and group sessions take place at Become’s offices in Islington. The starting point of coaching is that everyone has the potential within them to live a positive and meaningful life. Coaching empowers people to think about and move forward in their lives, by creating specific goals to work towards.
You can find out more about the Become Coaching Programme by looking at our information for young people here and for professionals here.
If you’re a professional working with care-experienced young people, you can download a poster to print out with details of the open evenings here.
