Care Review: Two years on
Today is two years since the Independent Review of Children’s Social Care was published. We're amplifying young people's voices by sharing what they think still needs to change in the care system.
It’s been two years since the Government received the recommendations from the Care Review.
We’re part of It’s Our Care, a coalition of seven children’s charities whose aim is to put young people at the centre of the conversation about the changes needed to the children’s social care system. This year, we’re marking the two-year anniversary by urging care-experienced children and young people, as well as the wider public, to highlight the fact that not enough has changed in the children’s social care system since the Review was published.
