Supporting the wellbeing of care-experienced young people

What’s it about?

This course acknowledges the potential impact of care-experience on emotional wellbeing and mental health and explores proactive ways in which adults around the young person can support. It includes practical exercises taken from the                      “Taking Care of Me” Wellbeing Guide which was developed by a team of care-experienced young people working in partnership with a clinical psychologist.
